A Fresh Outlook
Our clients purchased a classic 90’s home and immediately had a vision for what they wanted their space to be. With 2 young kids, space and durability were essential. The first priority was to remove a wall that made their kitchen small with no hope of a bigger island. Thankfully, we were able to help them remove it and the sky was the limit with custom cabinets!
We started with giving them an oversized island that matched their existing perimeter cabinets. That is the beauty with custom, you can match to your existing millwork and really save on cost! The couple carefully thought out the functionality and storage they wanted in the island and it turned out beautifully!
Without the wall, we were able to open the space into a light and airy living area with a gorgeous, statement fireplace. We reconfigured the millwork for an updated look and gave it a fresh coat of white paint.
Lastly, we painted their wet bar and gave it fresh surfaces with marble and Cambria Quartz countertops. Goodbye 1990, hello 2021!
