Cooking As Creative Expression featuring Persian Baklava + Cambria Quartz Bentley
I love using cooking for creative expression, especially after a long work day. There is nothing better than pouring a glass of wine or warming up sake and playing music while experimenting with a new dish.
One way to experiment is to visit an ethnic grocery. Most large cities will have several Asian, Indian, Latin and Persian groceries to choose from. We visited our local Persian grocer and were given an authentic recipe for Persian Baklava.
This is a slow and rhythmic cooking experience — enjoy!

We prepared all recipes directly on the surface — spilling wine, lemon juice, olive juice and more with easy clean up. I love cooking on Cambria because part of the enjoyment of cooking is letting go of the worries of the day. You can get lost in music, good wine and not stress about soiling or scratching your gorgeous countertops.
